The Daviess County Sheriff’s department is seeking information from the public about this vehicle, which was used in a theft May 11 in the 4500 block of Lake Forest Drive.
The vehicle, a 2002 or 2003 Buick Rendezvous, was captured on video, when the driver is believed to have stolen metal from a home at 4547 Lake Forest Drive.
A sheriff’s department press release says the tape captures a white male with dark hair – wearing a dark shirt and knee-length shorts – exiting the vehicle and going into the home’s garage.
The video then shows the man loading coiled aluminum into the vehicle on the passenger side.
Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 685-8444, or Crime Stoppers at 687-8484. Calls to Crime Stoppers are anonymous, and cash rewards are paid for information that lead to arrests.
